Information we collect
Information you provide directly — your name, email, phone number, property address, and any details you submit through our contact, home‑valuation, property‑inquiry, and meeting‑booking forms. Information collected automatically (only after you accept our cookie banner) — pages you view, the site that referred you, your approximate location and IP address, and basic device/browser information.
Cookies & your consent
We do not enable analytics or tracking until you click "Accept" on our cookie banner. If you decline, the site works exactly the same and we don't track your visit. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time.
How we use your information
To respond to your inquiries, prepare home‑value estimates, share listings that match your interests, improve the website, and — where permitted — follow up with you about buying or selling. We do not sell your personal information.
MLS / IDX data
Property listing data is provided through MLS Internet Data Exchange (IDX) programs for your personal, non‑commercial use only, solely to identify properties you may be interested in. See the MLS® / IDX Disclaimer for full terms.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help operate the site (hosting, analytics, email and SMS delivery) and with RE/MAX Aerospace Realty as needed to assist you. We may disclose information when required by law.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or opt out of communications, by contacting Lori at (321) 536‑5734.
Security & retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and retain it only as long as needed to serve you or as required by law.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
